Chris has a long list of favorite spots in San Antonio. From margaritas at Rita’s on the Riverwalk to nachos at La Fogata, steak salad at Longhorn Steakhouse, and chicken tenders at Longhorn Cafe, he’s got a go-to dish for every craving. Outside of indulging in great food, he enjoys classic “dad chores” like mowing the lawn and pressure washing. Chris is also surprisingly skilled at making shadow puppets, and if he could instantly master any skill, it would be the moonwalk. If construction wasn’t his path, Chris would pursue biology, drawn to the peace and wonder of the natural world.
