The Community Learning Center serves the community of North East ISD with education, training, and teaching space to support the public interest. The learning center has a plethora of uses including defensive driving courses, DIY Latte's in the demonstration kitchen, Kids Camp, a dance studio, offices, and conference rooms.

The relatively small (5,500 SF) space received the royal treatment with a full remodel, upgraded finishes, and new MEP systems. Marksmen General Contractors delivered the project while the rest of the building remained occupied and in use.
