Butch’s favorite part of his role at Marksmen is working alongside an incredible team and collaborating with outstanding business partners in the industry. He values the diverse opportunities within construction, highlighting how crucial support roles like accounting, IT, marketing, and business development are to the company’s success.

Marksmen General Contractors offers a paid internship program for high school and college students interested in a career in commercial construction. Our internships take an all-encompassing approach that lets you gain experience in all aspects of commercial construction from estimating to supervision to project management and even business development.
