Outside of work, my hobbies tend to follow the seasons. Fall is all about Texas A&M football, where Saturdays are spent in Aggieland. In the winter, I usually take on a creative project—whether it’s drawing, web design, or home renovation. Spring and summer bring plenty of time outside, whether it’s playing golf, watching IndyCar races, or just hanging out in the backyard with my family. But no matter the season, my favorite pastime is chasing my twins around and keeping up with their endless energy.

Garrett’s journey into A/E/C marketing began with a passion for creativity that evolved into a diverse skill set in brand development, digital marketing, and strategic planning. As Director of Marketing & Business Development at Marksmen General Contractors and 2024-25 SMPS San Antonio Chapter President, he blends creativity with strategy to craft award-winning websites, print materials, and project submissions. His approach is rooted in authenticity, adaptability, and drive for improvement, shaping every campaign and brand story he touches. Failure has been as valuable as success, sharpening his eye for detail and providing new perspectives. Whether leading teams or refining strategies, Garrett thrives on continuous learning and collaboration, always seeking to elevate those around him. His passion for marketing and commitment to growth continue to shape his work and the industry he serves.
