The Levy Company is a heavy-highway and electrical subcontractor with a growing business. The business, located in Selma, TX, had a sizable space with plenty of material laydown space but was running out of office space and in need of an enclosed warehouse to keep materials safe from the weather.

In the midst of the existing material yard, Marksmen General Contractors constructed a 7,200 SF pre-engineered metal warehouse. With the new warehouse, Levy Co. was able to vacate the existing smaller warehouse. Marksmen renovated the old warehouse to provide new office space for the growing office staff. The new office took advantage of the height of the building and includes two levels of workspace for employees.
