Wisely, the City of Kerrville sought and procured a Design-Build team to lead the effort of renovating the home for adaptive re-use as a museum. Our team is working closely with the City, the Heart of the Hills Heritage Center Board, and the design team to deliver a renovated home that meets modern needs as a museum while honoring the rich, important history of the house and grounds.
